摘要
准确确定建筑物的采暖耗热量指标 ,是检验建筑节能技术研究与推广的重要手段 .确定建筑物采暖耗热量指标的方法 ,主要有通过建筑物热特性参数计算得到的围护结构测试法和通过对采暖系统供热量测试得到的采暖系统测试法 .本文对两种方法进行了分析 。
Determining accurately the index of heating consumption in residential building is one of essential methods for verifying investigation and generalization of energy saving techniques in buildings. There are two ways. One is the testing of enveloping through getting the enveloping parameters of buildings. The other is the testing of heating system through measuring heating consumption of the heating system. This essay analyses the two methods and puts forward some suggestions mainly focused on the checking means for index of heating consumption in residential buildings.
