摘要
阐述了知识经济的概念及内涵；分析了知识经济对商业发展的影响；从理论与实践地结合上提出了新形势下发展社会主义商业的基本思路。
The paper expounds the conception and intention of intellectual economy and analyzes its effect on commercial development. A view has been put forward to develop socialist commerce in the new situation.
