摘要
由于新形势下高校思想政治工作领域的内、外部环境的变化,以及教师目前存在的思想现状,导致了高校思想政治工作面临着认识不足、队伍不稳、素质不高、效果不好的困难,而这些困难必须通过各级领导高度重视、建立稳定的高水平的政工队伍、完善思想政治工作制度、拓宽教育内容、突出教育重点、强化服务意识、改进工作方法等途径才能解决。
The change of the internal and external environment in the field of the colleges and universities ideological and political word under the neww situation, and the present situation of the teachers'ideology, result in difficulties such as insufficient understanding, unstable team, low competence and unsatisfied effect in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. These difficulties can only be solved through lending special emphasis to the work by the leadrs at different levels , establishing a stable and high - qualified team of political work, consummating the system of ideological and politcal work, widening the contact of education, stressing the focal points of education, strengthening the consciousness of service, improving the methods of work, etc.
