摘要
图书馆员在“精神生产力”构成中有着重要地位。随着现代科学技术的发展和知识经济时代的到来 ,图书馆的服务体系必须进行全方位的创新。相应的 ,图书馆员的素质也必须优化提高。
Librarians are possessed of an important position in composing of spiritual productivity. With the development of modern science and technology and along with the advent of knowledge economy era, service system of library needs carrying out omnidrectional innovations. Correspondingly, qualities of a librarian must be optimized and enhanced.
