摘要
目的 :探讨米非司酮及米索前列醇与利凡诺配伍使用终止中期妊娠的可行性。方法 :采用口服米非司酮及米索前列醇 ,配伍经腹羊膜腔内注射利凡诺终止中期妊娠 ,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果 :联合用药组注药至胎儿胎盘排出时间 2 1— 2 6 .6 7h,成功率 98.7%,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论 :米非司酮及米索前列醇与利凡诺配伍使用终止中期妊娠引产具有较好的临床效果和可行性。
Purpose:The article researches the feasibility in synthetically using Rivanol with both Mifepristone and Misoprostol to end mid-term gestation.Method:While taking medicines Mifepristone and Misoprostol,Rivanol is injected into ammion cavity through abdomen to end mid-term gestation and make statistics analysis to the oesults.Result:The time from injecting synthetical medicines to foetw placenta′s drainge off is 21-26.67 h.success rate is 98.7%.Compared wlith contrast group,it is of remarkable faasibility.Concluion:Synthetically using Mifepristone and Misoprostol with Rivanol to end mid-term gestation abortion has better clinical effectiveness and feasibility.
