摘要
用常规染色体制片方法对青海高山草地三种土蝗即青藏雏蝗、红翅皱膝蝗和大垫尖翅蝗的染色体数目和核型的研究结果 :青藏雏蝗的染色体数目为 2n( ) =1 7=1 6 +XO ;常染色体类型为中着丝点染色体 (m ,6条 )和端着丝点染色体 (T ,1 0条 ) ;性染色体类型为端着丝点染色体 ;核型公式为 :K(2n , ) =1 7=6m +1 1T =6L +6M +4S +XO。红翅皱膝蝗和大垫尖翅蝗的染色体数目均为 2n( ) =2 3 =2 2 +XO ;常染色体和性染色体均为端着丝点类型 ;核型公式为 :K(2n , ) =2 3 =2 3T =4L +1 2M +6S +XO。结果表明 :不同科蝗虫的重要区别在于染色体数目与核型的差异 ,同科内不同属之间的蝗虫在常染色体和性染色体相对长度上有明显差异。
The Karyotype and chromosome numbers of 3 species(Chorthippus qingzangensis Ying,Angaracris rhodopa F.-W.and Epacromius coerulipes Ivan.)of the local grasshopper from Qinghai Alpine Meadow were studied with method of conventional cytogenetics.The results indicate that the chromosome numbers of Chorthippus qingzangensis Ying are 2n()=17=16+XO.16 autosomes are composed of 6 metacentric chromosmes and 10 terminal chromosomes.The Xsex chromosome is terminal one too.In another 2 species,the chromosome numbers are all 2n()=23=22+XO,23 chromosomes are all terminal chromosomes.In C.qingzangensis Ying,the karyotype formula and chromosome complement of relative length is K(2n,)=17=6m+11T=6L+6M+4S+XO.In A.rhodopa F.-W.and E.coerulipes Ivan.,karyotypes formula are all K(2n,)=23=23T=4L+12M+6S+XO.The results show that the main differences between the 2 families is distinctive in karyotypyes and chromosome numbers,and between the 2 genuses of a family is obviously different in relative length of autosomes and sex chromosomes.
