摘要
以上海市漕宝路为例 ,研究现阶段中国大城市郊区新市街形成的过程和机制 ,研究证明新市街的形成演化基本上是按着 ,住宅个体装潢建材业生活服务业较大型商业与金融业的次序进行的 ,形成机制主要受市场需求、道路区位和城市规划控制 .提出加强过渡期间城市管理、商业布局要与新市街演化过程相协调和商业配置注重“社会最佳”
In the case of Caobao Road in Shanghai, this paper discusses the process and mechanism of forming new street in the suburban of large cities in China. It turns out that the process of forming new street begins with the construction of residential zones, then private retailers of upholstering and building materials, then service, and at last the larger commerce and finance. And the mechanism is influenced by market demand, street location and urban planning. At last, the paper puts forward following suggestions: reinforcing the urban management at interim, making the distribution of commerce in line with the evolvement process of new street and paying more attention to 'social optimum'.
