摘要
证明了平面上一条曲线是圆的充要条件是此曲线为到n个定点的距离的二次幂平均等于正常数的点的轨迹。
This paper has proved that a plane curve c is a circle if and only if c is the locus of a moving point that has a constant second power average of distances from n fixed points.;
