摘要
20世纪80年代中期我国出现了企业文化热。企业文化既是一种观念形态的价值观,又是一种管理思想,已成为继人、财、物、信息之后的第五种经营资源。因此,很有必要分析我国企业文化发展趋势,据此采取相应措施,实现企业腾飞。在我国,企业文化呈现出十大发展趋势。
In the middle of 1980s, there appeared an upsurge of business culture. It is not only an ideological value but also and an idea of management. Following human resoures, financial resources, material and information resources, the culture has become the fifth kind of operating resource. So a detailed analysis of the developing trend of the culture in our country is of great necessity, and measures should be taken to realize the business development. Nowadays, ten trends appear in terms of the business culture in our country.
