摘要
教师素质是教育发展、人才培养过程中的重要问题。未来社会的发展会对教师素质提出新的更高的要求。为全面提高教师素质,我们不仅应重视教师的职前培养,更重要的是采取积极有效措施促进教师的在职培训,包括明确培训目标、制定规章制度、确定培训内容、建立培训机构、灵活运用多种形式等。
Quality of teachers is an important factor in the development of education and training proccess of intellectuals The development of future society will make more excessive demands of the quaity of teachers. In order to promote the quality of teachers in a comprehensive scale, we must not only pay attention to the quality of teachers before work,but also adopt active and effective methods to promote the on-the-job training,including defining the aims of training,formulating rules and regulations,determining training contents,establishing training institutions,applying various means flexibly and so on.
