摘要
采用热天平、红外光谱及探针反应研究了磷对HzSM-5的改性及这种改性对丙烷芳构化反应的影响。所得结果表明,把适量的磷添加到HZSM-5上(P_2样品)可有效地抑制反应的裂解活性,明显地提高目的产物的选择性。文中分析了产生这一效果的原因——由于所添加的磷能将具有最强酸的B酸裂解中心转化为较弱的芳构化中心,同时增加这种B酸中心的数目。
The modification of HZSM-5 with phosphorus and it's effect on the propane aromatization were investigated by means of thermal balance,IR and probe reaction.A series of HZSM-5 catalysts doped with different amount of phosphorus were prepared.The results obtained showed that the addition of phosphorus with adequate amount to HZSM-5 can effectively suppress the cracking reaction and obviously enhance the selectivity of aimed products.Coke resistance and catalyst life are also improved.The reasons accounting for the wariations can be ascribed to the acidity changes due to the modification,that is,cracking sites with strongest acidity tend to convert in to aromatization ones which possess weaker acidity,mean while the number of these sites is also increased.
