摘要
本文分析了学校实施内部管理体制改革的动因 ,总结了本校实施并深化改革的实践经验 ,对进一步深化学校内部管理体制改革及积极推进其他领域的改革作出理性思考。
This article analyses the causes of the reform of the internal management system of schools, sums up the experiences of implementing and deepening the reform of the school and gives a rational consideration to deepening the reform of the internal management system as well as other aspects of the school.
