最近有关非水体系合成沸石的文献报道不断增多,但关于该体系合成的沸石催化性能的报道还很少。我们曾报道了非水体系合成的丝光沸石(简称非水丝光沸石,NAM)
The influence of Na_2CO_3 on the catalytic properties of mordenite synthesized in nonaqueous system was examined with NH_3-TPD and xylene isomerization in a pulsed micro-reactor.With the increase of calcination temperature,the activity for xylene isomerization increases.The thermal stability of HNAM(H-nonaqueous mordenite)increases when Na_2CO_3 is added in the synthesis.The crystallinity of NAM(Na_2CO_3)increases with the increase of the molar ratio of Na_2CO_3/Al_O_3.On the other hand,the ratio of I_(25.7°)/I_(9.7°)(ratio of diffraction intensities at 2θ=25.7°and 9.7°)decreases with the increase of Na_2CO_3/Al_2O_3.The number of acid sites and the activity of HNAM(Na_2CO_3)pass through maxima when the ratio of I_(25.7°)/I_(9.7°)increases.These experiments show that HNAM(Na_2CO_3)is a good catalyst for xylene isomerization and Na_2CO_3 has an important effect on the properties and structure of HNAM.
