摘要
本文介绍一种为MNI-1U中性注入器研制的大功率长脉冲高压稳定电源。电路的技术指标为:输出脉冲电压50kV,脉冲电流30A,脉冲宽度50ms,上升下降时间小于25μs,平顶稳定度优于0.5％,调整响应时间30μs。当作直流高压稳压和稳流电源使用时,输出电压1-80kV,电流0.5—5A,电压或电流的稳定度可优于0.1％
A high-power long-pulse high-voltage stable power supply(PS)for the MNT-1U neutral beam injector is described. Specifications of the circuit are as follows: output pulse voltage 50kV, pulse current 30A, pulse width 50ms, risetime and fall time of the voltage less than 25μs, fluctuation of the pulse flattop less than 0.5%, and regulation response time of the pulse voltage less than 30μs. when it is used as a DC high voltage stable voltage PS or stable current PS, the output voltage ranges from 1 to 80kV, the current from 0.5 to 5A, and the fluctuation of the output voltage or current is less than 0.1%.
