摘要
输煤系统设备多、传输距离长、环境恶劣、故障因素多，现场及时发现事故征兆有困难。应用多媒体监控系统后，可以直观、清晰地监视现场情况，及时发现输煤系统中的各种故障。河北兴泰发电有限责任公司三期输煤工业电视监控系统，由前端设备、显示设备、控制系统及信号传输网络组成。该系统目前已投入运行，结果表明：运行人员在集控室可清楚、直观地了解现场情况，提高了输煤系统的自动化水平，为电厂的安全生产提供了保障。
Since the coal handling system has much equipment and handling distance is long and working environment is se- vere and it has many failures, it is difficult to discover the signs for failures promptly on site. After application of multimedia monitor system,the site can be monitored visually and clearly and various failures in the coal handling system can be discovered promptly. The industrial television monitor system for the third phase of the coal handling system in Hebei Xingtai Power Genera- tion Limited Company consists of the front equipment, display device, control system and signal transmission network. The system has been put into operation now and operating results have shown that operators can clearly directly understand the site conditions in the central control room.The automatic level of the coal handling system has been increased and safety production for the plant has been provided.
