The Newest Technology for Stirring and Mixing

摘要 着重介绍了国外搅拌混合技术的最新发展动态 ,从搅拌流体的流动特性角度 ,将新型搅拌机分为三类 ,分别为抽气罩壳型 (宏观循环流 ) ;定子与转子啮合型 (局部高剪切流 ) ;组合型 (宏观循环加局部高剪切 )。指出新型搅拌机可实现反应 ,分散 ,破碎 ,均一及乳化等多种过程 ,正向着多功能。 The newest trents of stirring and mixing technology at abroad is introduced.According to the flow characteristic of stirxing liquid, the newest stirers is divided into three types:draught tube, stator-rotor engagement and combination. It these new stirers can accomplish all the processes induding reaction, despersing,shredding, homogenizing and emalsying, ect. Multifunction and multipurpose is the trend of stirer.
