摘要
通过以显微硬度计和偏光显微镜法对多种含氟牙膏的作用 ,结果表明 :在本实验条件下 ,酸胶中含 5 0mg/kg氟牙膏则有保护釉面抗酸溶解作用 ,含 40 0mg/kg氟牙膏混悬液处理正常釉面能增强釉面的抗龋力。含双氟的牙膏比含单氟者作用强。含钙、磷的磨料比无钙。
The effect of various kinds of fluoride contained toothpast on protecting the glaze surface were studied with the use of micro hardness meter and polarizing microseope, it shows that under this experiment condition, the fuoride contained toothpaste with 50 mg/kg in the acd glue has the function of protecting the glaze surface against the acid, with the mixed suspension of fluoride contained toothpaste with 400 mg/kg to treat the normal glaze surface can enhance its resistance to the dental caries. The toothpaste with bio-fluoride is more effective than that with mono-fluoride. The toothpaste with abradant of calcium and phosphate is better than that without them.
