摘要
利用离体皮肤渗透技术研究了熊果苷的经皮渗透和几种渗透促进剂对其影响。结果表明 ,涂布量为 80mg/cm2 ,涂布面积为 5cm2 时 ,熊果苷能经 3天龄大鼠表皮和成年小鼠全皮渗透 ,渗透能力与浓度和作用时间有关。乳化体 (霜 )中熊果苷的渗透能力约为水溶液的 5 0 % ,适当的渗透促进剂可提高熊果苷的渗透能力 ,如含水溶性氮酮的受试霜可提高 2 0 %
Using technique of percutaneous penetration in vitro,penetration property of Arbution and various permeation enhancer for it were studied with diffusion cells(membrane surface area 5 cm 2).The results show that Arbutin penetrates through the excised epidermis of 3-day rats or intact full skin of mice after application of the dose of 80 mg/cm 2.The penetration behavior of Arbutin depends on concentration applied and action time.The influence of the form of vehicle on penetration was observed,and the penetration ability of Arbutin in the cream is about 50 % of that in the aqueous solution.Effective permeation enhancer such as water-solubel azone can increase by 20 % of the capacity of percutaneous penetration of Arbutin in the cream tested,conpared with the control cream.
