摘要 以间—硝基苯甲酸甲酯为底物 ,三乙胺为助催化剂 ,少量水为引发剂 ,经硒催化还原羰基化合成N ,N′—双(3—羰甲氧苯基 )脲 ,并对反应温度 ,反应时间及一氧化碳压力做了详细研究。所得N ,N′—双 (3—羰甲氧苯基 )脲的产率达 79% In this paper, a novel catalytic synthesis of N.N′--bis(3-carbomethoxy pheayl)urea is reported. We have synthesized the urea by reductive carbonylation.Selenium was used as a catalyst and triethylamine as a promoter. As an initiator, water was adopted. The reaction of M-Nitro-benzoic acid-methy ester with carbon monoxide was studied carefully.The optimun reaction temperature, reaction time, pressure of carbon monoxide were selected. Under optimum conditions, the urea was obtained in 79.0%yeild.
