摘要
介绍了利用单片微机对无线遥测电子吊秤中称质量传感器的微伏信号进行自动测量、信号编码、无线遥测发射接收、信号实时处理、显示、打印等处理方法 .采用无线传送称质量数据 ,使称质量物体操作更加简捷方便 ;在电路设计中 ,采用PPCM体制 ,使发射、接收功率大为降低 ,耗电非常之小 ;采用二次编码、解码技术发送接收 ,抗干扰能力显著提高 ;并且硬件电路软件化 ,使硬件电路简单 ,性能价格比高 .
This passage gives the methods of processing microvolt signal which is measured by the weighment sensor of electronic steelyard in wireless telemetry by using singlechip. Those methods include automatic measurement, coding, wireless sending and receiving, realtime processing, displaying and printing of that microvolt signal. It is more convenient to transmit the data of weight by wireless method; In the design of circuits, transmitting and receiving power are lowed down after adopting PPCM system and little electricity is consumed; The ability of anti interference is greatly improved after using the technology of double coding and decoding in transmitting and receiving; At the same time, hardware circuits are simple and have a high ratio of performance and price after using software to realize the function of hardware circuits.
