摘要
核心竞争力是企业拥有的一种不易模仿、有延展性、不可交易、有顾客价值的能力。高校科技企业有优于一般企业的科技创新、人才资源等优势。因此应利用这些优势、整合竞争力要素 ,注重核心产品开发 ,并通过重塑经营理念、加大研发投入、合理使用人才资源等途径 。
Core competence is a capability with extension and customer value not easy to imitate and exchange. The technological businesses attached to the universities have the advantages over other businesses on technology innovation and human resources. The technological businesses attached to the universities can increase the core competence by integrating all the elements in developing core products, renewing operational ideas, and utilizing human resources reasonably.
