摘要
本文概述了磁流体动力学并讨论了在无限大传导率的不可压缩流体中磁流体动力波的传播。同时指出必须在磁场内不同压缩流体中,对磁流体动力运动进行研究。
In September, 1942 Hannes Alfven introduced the subject of Magnetohydrodynamics. He discussed the propagation of Magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD) waves in an incompressible liquid of infinite electrical conductivity. Herlofson suggested that MHD motions must be studied in different compressible fluids under magnetic fields. He was the first to discover that magneto-acoustic waves also propagated in a compressible fluid.
