摘要
本文讨论了可靠性统计分析中的一类侵蚀现象的失效分布,给出了一般数学模型,并从中导出了指数分布、威布尔分布、极值分布等一些重要特例。
In this paper, we discuss the invalid distribution for a class of corrode phenomena in statistical analysis of reliability, give generally mathematical nodel, and from it deduce some importantey special cases on exponential distribution、wiberll distribution、extremal distribution etc.
