摘要
近年来 ,部分三相异步电动机定子上采用了两套三相绕组的结构 ,通过电容移相 ,以提高功率因数达到节能等目的。本文导出了它与通常一套绕组定子在用铜量及铜耗上的比较公式 ,说明该比值是与容量比、匝数比及位移角 β有关的 ,公式有助于设计者从力能指标和经济性两方面去考虑 。
Recently,duplex windings are used in part of asynchronous motors.It can raise power factor and energy saving through shift phase of capacitor.The paper educes the contrast formula of copper loss and use level between duplex winding motor and simplex winding.It shows that the specific value is related to turns ratio,capacity ratio and displacement angle β.The formula is helpful to designers to concern from energetic index and economic index.
