摘要
电极端部与喷金层松动或脱离是金属化膜电容器失效的主要原因之一 ,尤其是以重复充放电方式工作的脉冲电容器。以金属化聚丙烯膜电容器为例 ,对其端部接触老化进行了研究。金属化膜电容器短的接触收到电压效应、热效应和机械效应的影响。为便于研究 ,采用了一种新结构的试品。通过这种试品与普遍金属化膜电容器的对比试验以及新结构试品自身的对比试验来分别检验电压效应、热效应和机械效应对端部接触的影响。结果表明 ,在高场强下 ,电压效应对端部接触老化的影响很大 ,电流的热应力对金属化电容器端部接触的影响较小 。
The disconnection of “sprayed ends” from the electrode edges of is one of the major reasons for the failure of metallized film capacitors,especially under repetitive pulse charge/discharge.The electrode\|end contact degradation of metallized polypropylene capacitors is studied in this paper.The contact layer is stressed by voltage stress,thermal stress and mechanical stress.Some new experimental samples,which are similar to the construction of metallized film capacitor but are not influenced by voltage stress,are used to test the influences of the voltage stress and its concomitant mechanical stress.These new samples and metallized polypropylene capacitors are stressed by the same current pulse.It is found that voltage stress has influence on electrode\|end contact degradation,especially under high voltage.The new samples are also atressed by pulse current with the same peak value but different thermal content.The results obtained show that electrode\|end contact degradation under high electric stress is more related to the mechanical stress,which depends on the peak value of the current pulse,rather than the energy content of the current pulse.
