摘要
燃煤联合循环发电系统 ,如IGCC、PFBC都需要结构简单、运行可靠、高效的粉尘净化装置。象陶瓷过滤器一样 ,新型流化床颗粒层过滤器是另一种以燃煤联合循环为应用背景的高效过滤器 ,它利用部分浸没在床料中的过滤元件表面形成的滤饼进行过滤。床内颗粒浓度的分布直接影响滤饼的形成。该文以揭示床内颗粒浓度分布与滤饼形成的关系为最终目的 ,利用光导纤维对带有内置过滤元件流化床床内颗粒浓度分布进行了实验研究。研究表明 ,床内的颗粒浓度沿轴向呈现“S”形分布 ,在上部区域颗粒浓度有一个增加的现象。径向的颗粒浓度分布具有很大的不均匀性 ,表现为在浓相区 ,元件附近区域和近壁区颗粒浓度高于它们之间基金项目 :湖北省自然科学基金资助项目 (985 0 72 )。的区域 ;在稀相区 ,颗粒层附近区域颗粒浓度较高 。
Successful development of advanced coal fired power conversion, such as PFBC、IGCC etc, often require reliable and efficient cleanup devices which can remove particulate and gaseous pollutants from high pressure high temperature streams. Under the background, a novel granular filter has being developed in our lab, which operates through the granular layer on the surface of filter element partially immersed in bed material. On the purpose of investigating the layer formation, experimental research on particle distribution in Fluidized bed with a filter element center inserted in has been carried out with optical fiber measurement system in this paper, which shows that The axial particle concentration is distributed in 'S' figure, and has an increase in the top dilute region. The radial solid concentration near the filter is higher than other area along radial in the dilute region; and in the dense region, the radial solid concentration is distributed in 'V' figure of the near filter and near wall both higher.
