摘要
本文对肾上腺显影剂的研究作了简要的回顾,重点介绍胆固醇类显影剂的发展。为了设计和筛选更加实用的肾上腺显影剂,讨论了这类显影剂的构效关系。
The development of adrenal imaging agents were reviewed carefully and extensively with an emphasis laid on cholesterol derivatives. The structure-activity relationship (i. e. tissue concentration kinetics) of adrenal imaging agents was discussed in detail to explore and select more practical compounds for adrenal imaging.
