浅谈离心泵的调速及节能效果 被引量:1

摘要 离心泵控制点定压调速是不同于目前油田上普遍采用的节流调节和泵出口定压调速的一种新调速方法。它是通过控制点需要的实际扬程所传递的参数信号来确定泵的工况 ;节能效果超过泵出口定压调速调节方法 ,而且还能满足管路各点所需的排量及压力。文章就控制点定压调速法节能原理、调速范围设定。 Reference point adjustment of fix pressure of centrifugal is a new method different from the flow control and the fixed pressure at pump′s outlet applied commonly in the oil field.The theory of pump adjustment is to determine the working condition according to the actual lift required by the reference point. The method is not only better than the adjustment method of fixed pressure at the pump′s outlet,but also meet the requirement of volume and pressure needed by different points at the pipeline.The paper discusses the theory of energy saving of reference point adjustment of fix pressure,determination of adjustment scope,selection of the adjustment device,application of reference point adjustment of fixed pressure and the effect of energy saving.
