摘要
为观察“肠炎康”治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效 ,将 12 8例患者随机分成两组 ,肠炎康组 62例采用“肠炎康”煎剂保留灌肠 ,对照组 66例口服SASP ,疗程 3个月。观察两组治疗前后临床症状及纤维肠镜、病理活检的变化情况。结果 :肠炎康组总有效率为 91 9% ,对照组为 65 2 % ,P<0 0 5 。
To observe the clinical effects of 'Chang Yan Kang' in the treatment of chronic colitis,128 cases were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 62 cases treated by enema of 'Chang Yan Kang' and control group with 66 cases treated by oral SASP.They were all treated for 3 months.The clinical symptoms,enterofiberscopy and biopsy were detected.Results showed that the total effective rate was 91 9% in treatment group and 65 2% in control group, P <0 05.
