摘要
患者女,64岁。四肢、躯干泛发性羊皮纸样萎缩性斑片5年,双乳内下方和剑突处起血疱1个月。组织病理检查:非血疱处皮损符合典型的硬化性萎缩性苔藓的病理改变;血疱处皮损示表皮下大疱形成,疱液中有大量的红细胞。
A 64-year-old female presented with universal parchmentlike atrophic p laque in extremities and trunk for fi ve years.Hemorrhagic bullae were found in int erior and inferior regions of mammaries and xiphoid process region one mo nth ago .Histopathological examination in n onhemorrhagic region showed typical pathologic findings of lichen scle rosus et atrophicus,while in hemorrhagic region showed formatio n of subepidermal blister in which th ere were lots of erythrocytes.
