互穿网络法增韧环氧树脂胶粘剂的研究 被引量:28

摘要 采用聚合物互穿网络法(1PN)研究了高性能环氧树脂胶粘剂的合成过程,互穿网络中作为增韧改性剂的第二组分为丙烯酸丁酯。实验结果表明:改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的剪切强度可达43.5MPa,增幅为22.7%。湿热老化试验结果表明:环氧树脂/丙烯酸丁酯IPN体系的抗湿热老化性能较好,胶粘剂的力学强度没有很大变化。 The tide structural adhesive consisted of component A-epoxy resin and component B-nBA was prepared by means of interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) . At the same time, the best compounding of modified epoxy resin adhesive was studied. The results of experiments showed that the maximum of shear strength was 43. 5MPa.The results of humidity-heat experiment showed that the humidity-heat resistance of IPN system was good and the mechanical property of system did not change greatly.
