摘要
研究了精密离心机动态半径激光干涉测量中死程的真空屏蔽技术 ,介绍了其中的若干关键技术及其原理和特点 ,给出了系统设计公式。理论分析和实验证明该项技术能够消除长光路中各种环境因素的影响 。
