摘要
根据Tencel/涤纶交织物特性 ,研究了该类交织物的染色性和同色性 ,并从理论上进行了探讨分析 ,筛选出适合一浴法染色的直接、分散染料。测定了同色产品的各项色牢度、色差指标 ,结果均达到标准。交织物达同色后 ,分别拆开经线 (涤纶 )、纬线 (Tencel)并在色差仪上测定 ,当色差差值小于 5时 ,可满足官能检测要求。
According to its characteristics, the dyeing ability and homochromatic property of Tencel/polyester union fabrics are studied about, and they are discussed and analyzed in terms of theory to sift out the direct and disperse dyes suitable for one-bath dyeing. Such indexes as color fastness and color deviation of the homochromatic products are determined, and all the results reach standards, Then the warp(polyester) and weft(Tencel) are taken apart and determined respectively with color difference meter. If the color difference values are below 5, they can meet the demands for sensor examination.
