摘要
目的 :研究p2 1WAF1在胰腺癌中的表达及其与胰腺癌临床病理因素的关系 ,了解p2 1WAF1在胰腺癌进展中的作用。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测 30例胰腺癌患者癌组织中p2 1WAF1的表达 ,所有数据用卡方检验。结果 :30例中有 10例p2 1WAF1蛋白表达阴性 ,在中、低分化癌、淋巴结转移、血管侵犯和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胰腺癌中p2 1表达显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :p2 1WAF1在胰腺癌中的表达下降与肿瘤的进展有关 ,可作为提示胰腺癌恶性程度的标志。
Objective:To study the expression of p21 WAF1 in pancreatic carcinoma and its relationship to clinicopathological parameters, for the purpose of understanding the role of p21 WAF1 in the progression of tumors.Methods:Expression of p21 WAF1 was examined by immunohistochemical method,all data tested by χ 2 test.Results:In 30 case of pancreatic carcinoma, negative expression of p21 protein was detected in 10(33.3%) cases, and the expression of p21 significantly decreased in poorly differentiated tumors, in tumors with infiltrated vessel and positive lymph node metastases and in tumors of stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of p21 WAF1 in pancreatic carcinoma is related to the progression of pancreatic carcinoma and may be an indicator of high grade malignancy.
