摘要
目的 :建立清肝利胆颗粒质量标准。方法 :用薄层扫描法测定了厚朴酚的含量 ,结果 :加样回收率平均为 96 2 7% (RSD =1 6 8% ,n =5 ) ,点样量线性范围为 0 .3～ 3.6 μg ,标准曲线r =0 .9996 ,重复性RSD =2 16 % (n=6 ) ,同板精密度RSD =1 86 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法稳定、可靠 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective:To set down the quality standard of Qinggan Lidan Jiaonang.Methods:Determination of Magnolol in Qinggan Lidan Jiaonang by TLCS.RESULTS:The average recovery is 96.27%( RSD=1.68%, n=5),The calibration curves were linear between 0.3～3.6 μg( r=0.999 6),with good repetition ( RSD=2.16%, n=6) and precision ( RSD=1.86%, n=5)Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,can be one of method for quality control of the production.
