摘要
目的 用彩色多普勒观察改良的子宫肌瘤切除术前后子宫及卵巢血供的变化。方法 对 2 2例行改良子宫肌瘤切除术的患者手术前后经彩色多普勒检查 ,观察子宫动脉上行支及卵巢支的血流变化并测定搏动指数 (PI)、阻力指数 (RI)、收缩期最大血流速度 (Vmax)、舒张末期最小血流速度 (Vmin)、时间平均最高血流 (TAMX)。结果 2 2例子宫肌瘤患者手术后子动脉上行支及卵巢支血流量降低 ,RI、PI无变化。结论 改良子宫肌瘤切除术后子宫动脉上行支及卵巢支血流量降低 。
Objective To explore the color Dopper blood flow of uterus and ovary before and after improved uterine myomatectomy. Methods Twenty two cases undergoing color Doppler examination before and after improved uterine myomatectomy, the blood flow of ascending branch and ovary branch of uterine artery were observed,the pulsed index(PI), resistance index (RI), maximal systolic flow velocity (Vmax),the end diastolic minimal flow velocity (Vmin), the time of average maximal (TAMX) blood flow were measured. Results The patients after hysteromyomectomy,the blood flow reduced in ascending and ovary branches of uterine artery, no changes of RI and PI. Conclusion After improved uterine myomatectomy, the uterine artery ascending and ovary branches,the blood flow volume were reduced,however, the sexual hormone secretion were nomal and clinical symtoms were improved significantly.
