摘要
讨论了文南油田联合站原油稳定系统中稳定塔进口发生堵塞的原因 ,认为盐堵主要是由于原油中所含盐分析出造成的。根据脱盐原理提出以下改进措施 :利用备用脱水器作电脱盐器 ;增设一台上水泵 ,泵出口管线连接脱盐器进口 ,电脱盐器在脱水器之前运行 ;将稳定塔进口环形喷管分成 3段并将喷孔扩大 ,然后用机械方法固定以便随时拆下来解堵。
The causes of inlet blocking are discussed for a stabilizer of crude oil stabilizing system at a joint station in Wennan Oilfield It is considered that the salt blocking is mainly caused by extracting salt composition from crude oil Improvement programme is proposed on the basis of desalting principle, which includes that a standby dewatering unit is used as a desalting unit;a water charging pump is supplied, of which the outlet is connected with the inlet of desalting unit, the electric desalting unit is operated before the dewatering unit, the inlet ring effuser of the stabilizer is divided into 3 sections and its jet is expanded, and then it is fixed mechanically so as to dismount for unblocking at any time The process is implemented with good result
