摘要 GABAA受体是中枢神经系统内主要抑制性受体,巴比妥类和苯二氮革类(BZ)均作用于GABAA受体而发挥其镇静、催眠、抗惊厥等药理作用[1].许多研究还发现巴比妥类和苯二氮革类的耐受性/依赖性及癫痫的发病机制与GABAA受体的改变密切相关.
