摘要
目的 比较常用各种麻醉,探讨老年人最佳手术麻醉方法。方法 对75例老年人各类手术麻醉选择及术前用药、术中管理、麻醉并发症的预防及处理进行分析。结果 硬膜外麻醉较为安全可靠,它具有阻滞范围易掌握,肌肉松弛好,生理影响小,康复快等优点。结论 掌握好老年人生理特点,硬膜外麻醉仍为多数老年人的手术麻醉方法。
Objective To evaluate the method of anesthesia for aged patient. Methods The data of anesthesia for 75 aged patients were analyzed. Results Epidural anesthesia was safe for aged patient. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia is safe and an efiective choice for aged patient.
