摘要 目的 研究化疗对卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响及其临床意义。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法、MTT比色法、ELISA检测围手术期卵巢癌患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)活性及血清可溶性白介素2受体(rIL-2R)。结果 卵巢癌患者PBL中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均明显低于良性肿瘤组,而Tac^+、明显升高;化疗后患者CD3^+、CD4^+明显降低,而rIL-2R、NK活性无明显改变。结论 化疗可使卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能明显受抑,且恢复困难,需选择适当免疫治疗以提高机体自身抗瘤活性。 Objective To evaluate the effect of cisplatin-based chemotherapy on the immunity of patient with malignant ovarian tumor (MOT) . Methods T-lymphocyte subsets, natural killer (NK) activity and the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptors (rIL-2R) were measured in 25 patients with MOT and 26 benign controls (BC) by sandwich ELISA, indirect immunofluorescence and MTT colorimetry. Results The numbers of CD3+ , CD4+ , and CD4+/CD8+ in the patients were lower than those in the control significantly, but Tac+ increased markedly (P< 0.05) . The CD3+ , CD4+ decreased remarkbly after chemotherapy, while the NK activity and rIL-2R with no significant changes. Conclusion The immune status of MOT is depressed during the course of chemotherapy, and is very difficult to improve it. Therfore suitable immunotherapy is needed.
