摘要
目的 探讨经阴道超声显像对卵巢囊性畸胎瘤的诊断价值。方法 应用经阴道超声显像检查 6 1例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤患者 ,并与手术和病理诊断结果比较。结果 6 1例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤超声显像诊断符合率为 90 .2 % (5 5 /6 1) ,漏诊 2例 ,误诊 4例 ,共占 9.8%。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of transvaginal ultrasonography for ovarian cystic teratoma. Methods 61 patients with ovarian cystic teratoma were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography. The results of ultrasonography were compared with those of the operation and pathological diagnosis. Results In 61 patients, the accurate of transvaginal ultrasonography for the diagnosis of ovarian cystic teratoma was 90.2%(55/61). Of the rest 6 cases (9.8%), 2 cases were missed, 4 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has significant value for the diagnosis of ovarian cystic teratoma.
