摘要
将^(125)I标记抗AFP McAb(3.7MBq/1mg/0.3ml),静脉注入带肝癌鼠模型(wistar及裸鼠),24、48、72小时后进行γ照相。在移植肝癌的部位可见放射性浓聚的“阳性区”。而注入^(125)I-正常小鼠IgG的对照鼠,在肝癌部位未见放射性浓集,也未见肿瘤显像。
125I-labelled anti-AFP McAb IgG and normal mouse IgG were prepared and evaluated by radioimmunoimaging of a chemical induced liver cancer beating rat and a human liver cancer xenografted nude mice. The imaging were made with a gamma camera at 24, 48 and 72 h after intravenous injection of 3.7×106Bq of 125I-anti-AFP McAb containing Img of IgG into each tumor-bearing animal. The accumulation of anti-AFP McAb in tumor was indicated but not with the same dose of 125I-normal mouse IgG.
