摘要
目的 探讨紫外线治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效方法 采用药物加紫外线综合疗法 ,对 4 4例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行治疗观察 ,并以单纯药物治疗组 3 0例作对照 ,评定疗效 ,测得数据经统计学处理后进行分析比较。结果 治疗结果 ,药物加紫外线治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为 90 91 %和 1 0 0 % ,单纯药物治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为 68 96%和 93 % ,药物加紫外线综合治疗组优于单纯药物治疗组 (χ2 =5 77 P <0 0 5)结论 紫外线抑制细菌生长 ,消除局部炎症 ,提高机体的免疫力 ,治疗霉菌性阴道炎效果佳 。
In order to study the therapeutical effect of ultraviolet rays therapy on colpitis mycotica. Methods 74 cases of patients were divided into two groups,The first group(n=44) was treated with medicines and ultraviolet rays,the second(m=29)was treated with medicines as control group.The statistical analysis of date was control groups.The statistical analysis of date was carried out by chi square test. Results The marked effective and the total effective rate were 90.91% and 100% respectively in medicines and ultraviolet rays together.The marked effective and the total effective rate,were 68.96% and 93%respectively in medicines therapy.The ultraviolet rays treatment group was better than the medicines treatment group.(χ 2=5.77 P<0。05). Conclusion ultraviolet rays have the effect of controling microbe groth&etiminating local inflamatory.increasing elevate immunity.uletrviolet rays have significant effect on colpitis mycotica.it is worth to spread in our clinical practise.
