摘要
目的 :探讨老年高血压病人的心血管内分泌激素与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 :对老年 、 期高血压病人 40例与健康对照组 30例测定了血清 (血浆 ) t- PA、 PAI活性 ,ANP、 ET、 A 、 A 水平 ,分析了胰岛素敏感性(IS)与纤溶活性、 BMI、 ANP、 ET、 A 、 BP的相关性。结果 :老年高血压组 PAI、 ANP、 ET、 A 、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平明显高于健康对照组 ,而 t- PA、IS水平则明显低于健康对照组。结论 :心血管内分泌激素与胰岛素抵抗在老年高血压病人的发生、发展中起着极为重要的作用。
Objective:To research the effects of cardiovascular endocrine hormone and insulin\|resistance in aged patients with hypertension.Methods:The t\|PA of serum (plasma),activity of PAI、ANP、ET、AⅠ、AⅡ and IR were determined in 40 patients with Ⅰand Ⅱ stage of hypertension and in 30 healthy subjects (control group).Results:The PAI、ANP、ET、AⅡ and total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were apparently higher in patients with hypertension than in healthy control group.The t\|PA and IS were obviously lower in hypertensive patients than in healthy control group.Conclusion:The cardiovascular endocrine hormone and insulin\|resistance play an important role in genesis and development of hypertension in aged.
