摘要
目的 :探讨动力髋螺钉 ( DHS)手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 :对我院自 1 998年 1月— 1 999年 1 2月应用动力髋螺钉治疗的 1 5例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行总结和随诊。结果 :本组 1 5例老年患者均获随诊 ,骨折愈合率为 1 0 0 %。据黄公怡关节功能评定标准 ,优良率为93.3%。结论 :动力髋螺钉在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折中具有固定可靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动、功能恢复快等优点 。
Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of dynamic hip screw used in senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:15 cases were treated with DHS from January 1998 to December 1999 in our hospital.Their fracture types,operation methods,postoperation treatments,and follow up were analysed.Results:The fractures of all the patients were cured(cure rate,100%).Most of them had excellent joint function(excellent rate,93 3%).Conclusion:DHS used in senile intertrochanteric fracture not only gave stable fixation and fewer complications,but also enabled patients to exercise earlier and get health quicker.It is one of treatments of choice for this kind of fracture in the aged.
