摘要
目的 :探讨微创性子宫切除术式。方法 :取 1991～ 1997年需子宫切除术的 6 0例患者做了微创性子宫切除术 ,并与同期 6 0例行传统子宫切除术患者作比较。结果 :微创性子宫切除术手术时间短 ,术中出血少 ,术后并发症少 ,两者相比有显著性差异。因均采用术后镇痛 ,肛门排气时间无差异。结论 :微创性子宫切除术操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,利用腹膜张力达到腹膜外操作的目的 ,减少腹腔干扰及内脏牵引 ,手术切口小 。
Objective:To study the operation type on tiny wound uterus resection.Methods:60 cases were operated by the tiny wound uterus resection from 1991 to 1997,and the another 60 cases were operated by the traditional uterus resection at the same time.The data from the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time was shorter in tiny wound uterus resection group.The bleeding of operation duration and the complications after operation decreased significantly in tiny wound uterus resection group as compared to those in traditional uterus resection group.No difference of time on anus exhaust was found between the two groups.Conclusion:The tiny wound uterus resection is simple and easily to master.Because the cut is small and the disturbance from abdominal cavity is reduced,it can be used broadly in clinical practice.
