摘要
目的 探求眼球摘除和整形的最佳手术方法。方法 将经典的眼球摘除术加以改进 ,并应用于临床 1 5年 ,1 2 6例眼球摘除同时植入眼座。结果 所有手术 ,术后结膜无水肿、眼座无脱出、活动度 1 5～ 2 5°者 1 1 1例 ,满意率达 88 1 % ,良好 4例 ,一般者 1 0例 ,仅 1例出现眼座脱出。结论 本方法的最大特点是 :手术创伤小 ,时间短 ,效果好 ,是当今眼球摘除的首选方法。
Objective To investigate a best operation method of enucleation and plasty of eyeball. Methods The classical ophthalmectomy was modified and used in 126 cases for 15 years. The intraocular implants were inserted at the same time. Results In the group (126 eyes), 88.1% (111 eyes) had no conjunctival edema, no herniation of intraocular implants, and their artificial eyes mobility was in 15～25° 4 cases were assessed at 'fair' and 10 cases, 'general'. Intraocular implant of 1 case was out of the eyeball. Conclusion There were significant characteristics of little traumata short time and good effect with the modifiedophthalmectomy. It is the method of choice at present.
