摘要
目的 本研究拟揭示中药强心方对充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的治疗作用。方法 随机、单盲设计 ,采用利水功著的十枣汤与具有强心之功的葶苈子等中药相配合共同治疗CHF 3 2例 ,并与地高辛及呋塞米相对照 (3 0例 ) ,共观察 1周时间。结果 强心方的总有效率为 75 %。该方可有效地降低心衰积分值及减轻患者存在的不同程度的主述 ,并可提高SOD酶及GSH PX酶活力 ,减少LPO。其中对阳虚水泛型及心肾阳虚型两个证型有较好疗效 ,总有效率分别达到94.1 %和 83 3 %。结论 强心方是一种临床治疗CHF的有效的中药复方制剂。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the therapeutic action of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (The QiangXin Recipe) to the patients of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Methods Randomize and single-blind are adopted to study 62 patients, in which 32 belong to Chinese Medicine group (The QiangXin Recipe), and 30 belong to Western Medicine group (Digoxin, Furosemide). The whole observation lasts one week, and both group measure the quotas of thefree radical, the subjective symptoms and the integral of the CHF patients before and after the studies, and all the quotas are calculated with T-test or X 2-test. Results The total effective rate of the Recipe is 75%. It can improve the subjective symptoms effectively, such as palpitation, edema, dyspnea etc, and reduce the integral of the CHF patients. At the same time, it has the effect of anti-ischemia and anti-anoxia by improving the enzyme's vigour of SOD and GSH-PX, cutting down the collection of LPO. But the suitable syndrome types of the recipe are retention of fluid caused by Yang-dificiency, and Yang-dificiency of both heart and kidney. Its total effective rate is 94.1% and 83.3% separately. Conclusion The QingXin Recipe is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat CHF with less side effect.
