摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在颅脑病变中的临床应用价值。方法10例患者均用螺旋CT扫描 ,颅内肿瘤均行增强扫描 ,采用表面阴影显示法进行颅骨、肿瘤三维重建 ,使用不同的旋转轴观察病变 ,分析病变引起颅骨骨质改变在三维重建图像上的表现。结果三维CT能直观显示病变的大小、体积、颅骨骨质改变及与周围组织的关系 ,确定手术入路和骨窗的位置、大小。结论三维CT重建简化了观察者的思维过程 ,直观显示病变的立体解剖关系 ,为制定手术方案提供了客观依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of 3DCT reconstructive techniques.Methods 10 cases with various skull diseases were scanned by spiral CT and the enhanced CT were performed in intracranial tumors.Used surface shaded display method for reconstruction,viewed the lesion using different rotation and analyzed the reconstruction images in showing the change of skull bones.Results 3DCT can directly display the size,shape,location of the lesions and the change of skull bones,decide the operative apprach,the site and size of the bone window.Conclusion 3DCT can simplify the course of viewer′s thought,make diagnosis at first view,vividly demonstrate the spatial relationships of the lesions and provide information for operation.
