摘要
目的 探讨金属烤瓷修复体在前牙美容修复中的临床应用范畴 ,及在某些特殊情况下如何达到最佳修复效果。方法 确定适应证、比色、预备基牙、取模、戴牙。结果 30 9例金属烤瓷修复的前牙 ,经 3月～ 4年观察 ,1例因牙根纵折失败 ,其余疗效满意。结论 金属烤瓷修复体在满足适应证的情况下 ,在前牙美容修复中应用广泛 ,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of metal ceramics dummy in labial teeth cosmesis and repair, and how to achieve optimal repairing effect in certain status. Methods To confirm indication, compare color, prepare abutment teeth, impression taking, fix teeth. Results To observe 309 labial teeth with metal ceramics dummy for 3 months-4 years. A root of tooth was longitudinally broken for 1 case. The rest curative effect was satisfaction. Conclusion Metal ceramics dummy is widely applied, and its curative effect is satisfaction in labial teeth cosmesis and repair.
